Perlo has been providing general contracting services in the Northwest since the 1970’s. As a professionally managed general contractor and construction manager, we oversee and construct new buildings such as warehouses, distribution centers, auto dealerships, manufacturing facilities, offices, business parks, retail stores, medical buildings and specialty projects. We also perform tenant improvements and existing building renovations.
Every person working on a Perlo project lives by attention to time, cost, quality, and safety. With each plan and construction step we take, we seek to ensure both the future of the structure and our own firm’s reputation. Our goal is to make every building project successful for the client and satisfying for the project team.
Perlo is capable of providing services in all locations to serve our clients and is currently licensed in Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, California, Nevada, Arizona and Kentucky.
